| Biography | New U Physical Therapy is a modern and newly equipped facility founded by Dr. Boris Polonskiy, MS, DPT in 2007. Boris earned his master's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Staten Island in 2005. He then went on to complete his doctorate degree at Des Moines University/Medical School of Iowa in 2008.
